GB-Colchester: Cash Collection Services

Colchester Borough Council (the Council), the North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) and Amphora Ltd (a wholly owned company of Colchester BC) wishes to commission a contractor to ensure cash collection services occur from all offices and car parks as nominated by the Council.
