GB-Braintree: Planned Maintenance Works

Braintree District Council (BDC) are looking for a Contractor to fulfil a large number of planned maintenance works that we carry out annually on various properties that we are responsible for within our District. The contract will be for a period of 4 years until the end of 2024/5 works are complete.

The contract will be based on the JCT Minor Works Building Contract with contractor's design 2016 edition
