Shoreditch Park Landscape Improvement Project (Works Contract)

Hackney Council is seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified landscaping contractor to undertake improvements to Shoreditch Park. The works include sports pitch improvement works, implementation of a new outdoor gym, multi-use games area (MUGA) and beach volleyball court, new planting, pathways, entrances and playground. This tender for the Shoreditch Park Landscape Improvement Project (Works Contract) is a Restricted Tender and is being carried out in two stages. Stage 1 – Bidders are firstly required to complete and submit a response to the Selection Questionnaire (SQ). Stage 2 – Only the suppliers who have passed the initial Selection Questionnaire (SQ) stage will be invited to submit a response to an Invitation to Tender (ITT). The Council anticipates that the top 4 highest scoring bidders at the SQ stage will be shortlisted through to the ITT stage.
