The scope of services to be provided by the successful provider shall encompass all relevant elements including (without limitation) the following specialist technical expertise:
1. Architectural
2. Mechanical & Electrical
3. Solar Generation
4. Battery Storage
5. Structural and civil engineering services
6. Asbestos removal
